According to ISO 166002:2021 in its point 5.2, ISEND defines its R&D&I vision as a description of the future state to which the organization aspires in terms of R&D&I activities, including its future role and the desired impact of its results.

ISEND has grown as a result of the combination of scientific and technical research and product development related to non-destructive testing technology.

ISEND History
ISEND® was created in 2006 by José Bernárdez and Carlos Rodríguez, two engineers that many years ago decided to leave their job positions in big companies to start a new project based on the principle of “living for a life”. They were aware of the shortage of qualified market resources.
To achieve our actual position in the market as NDT pioneers, ISEND® has come a long way. The first recognition came with hard work. CDTI (Official Agency of the Ministry of Industry, Government of Spain) gave ISEND® the title of a NEOTEC company thus obtaining the first funds to start the industrial development of marketable products.
In 2019, ISEND® was recognized as one of the most innovative companies by the European Commission.
Now, ISEND® is a big human network of customers, employees and partners.
