The range of supports for Industrial Systems includes positioning systems for assembly line defect detection systems using Eddy current. The supports for industrial systems allow for adjustment of the probes on the production line, as well as the removal of the same when the production on that line does not need to be controlled by our systems.
Designed especially for encircling magnetizing units. The system consists of an adjustable robust pole which allows placement on the line of an encircling unit, as well as having a guidance system for the product that protects the unit.
The vertical and horizontal support system is a robust system recommended for installation of a sectorial magnetizing unit on a pipe production line. The horizontal positioning allows for the removal of the unit from the line, while the vertical positioning allows adjustment of the probe with respect to the product when there are changes in production diameter, thereby maintaining the calibration distance of the probe.
Robust table with horizontal guide rails that allow an inspection system to be withdrawn from the production line. Recommended for rotating inspection systems, it can be adjusted on all three axes for precise placement of the system with respect to the product in the production line.
