isend® offers a wide range of probes and coils tailored to each type of defect, production or product type. The whole range of probes work with our Eddy currents units FOCAnalyzer ®, FOCAnalyzer ® PRO and their use on production lines is facilitated by our industrial systems. There are also a variety of probes which are adaptable to other brands of equipment.
Encircling coils are the generic solution for defect inspection, as they allow complete detection of defects involving the product, whether bars, pipes or wires.
Special profile encircling coils to control the whole surface of production materials with special shapes that are not supported by conventional encircling coils.
Open Encircling coils allow an adjustment of the probe during its operation on-line for defects that actually manage to alter the shape or diameter of the controlled product.
Sectorial Coils are the optimal solution for controlling welded joints in welded pipe production as they only control the welded area of the pipe, allowing differentiation between surface defects of the pipe and welding defects.
A range of refrigerated coils that allow the control of defects on the production lines of wire, rod or pipe manufactured at high temperatures. The refrigerated coils allow inspection up to a temperature of 1200ºC.
A range of standard internal probes for control of defects in pipes from inside them. The internal probes are launched through the interior of the pipe and record defects, noting the distance at which the defect was detected.
The self-centring internal probes allow for inspection of the inside of the pipe. Moreover, this range of probes adjust in accordance with the diameter of the pipe, allowing a more accurate inspection and increasing the compatibility of the probe with different pipe diameters.
Internal rotating probes allow a more detailed inspection along the length of the pipe as they have a rotating head which sweeps all the internal surface.
