Eddy current equipment designed to control the material at high temperatures (up to 1200 º C). isend® Eddy Current equipments are suitable for this type of testing, which have cooled systems and special materials. Our products are used in production factories of hot bar, wire, tubes and other similar products.
Our systems incorporate an integrated process monitoring with early diagnosis of production lines that identifies the element of process that is causing the defects, reducing the intervention time and repairing, identifying uniquely the item damaged.

Application Iron and Steel lines and blast furnaces. Its integration into the production line allows to control the product and especially the process, identifying earlier the failures in the rollers, etc.
Allows the assembly in production lines at high temperatures of cooled encircling probes. Protects the probe from the vibrations of the material, avoiding any contact with the product. Keeps the temperature of the probe and on the whole by water cooling system.
