isend® has a new range of Eddy current equipment for the inspection of products both online and offline. All these new products are based on the latest and most modern technologies available today. The incorporation of these new technologies and new systems of information processing means that our equipment gives the best performance on the market.
Each family of units has benefits related to its purpose, optimising the price/performance ratio. The range starts with the basic single-channel model, through the FOCAnalyzer family, including PRO Series which can control up to 256 channels, and finally the ROTOdiscover range for rotating industrial systems, with controlled lift-off on each channel. All families have integrated input/output control, which simplifies installation and integration in the field avoiding the use of programmable robots.
Simple Eddy current equipment. With a maximum of 4 simultaneous channels, it’s ideal for facilities that do not require a more complex system of inspection. It works with any type of probe from our catalogue and allows immediate visualization of production results.
More complete Eddy current unit with up to 256 channels available for simultaneous inspection of several production lines, displaying quality results for all controlled lines. It supports in a wide frequency range, including even very low frequencies.
Eddy current unit that works with rotating inspection systems. Allows rotating inspection with 2, 4, 6 or 8 probes at high rotary speeds, which means there in no need to slow down the production line.
