Aluminium cable or bar can be used for further drawing or stretched to produce power cables. Any defects in the aluminium bar have to be controlled in advance to prevent more significant problems after stretching or drawing. The defects can be controlled both on the surface and on the inside the product by using Eddy current.
Encircling Probe
Allows complete detection of defects with Eddy current equipments. Available in different diameters, they are placed on encircling probe bases for installation on production lines of non-ferromagnetic materials.
Eddy current unit of up to 4 channels for quality control of several lines simultaneously. Switching frequencies also allows for the inspection of different types of defects.
