For the production of aluminium covered steel cable (ACS), isend has developed a range of products that perform quality control directly on this type of material. The drawing technique used in production results in defects that can be controlled both before and after drawing to improve product quality at this stage as well as in future uses of this same material.
Encircling Probe
Allows complete detection of defects with Eddy current equipments. Available in different diameters, they are housed in magnetizing units for installation on production lines.
Induced current unit of up to 4 channels for quality control of several lines simultaneously. Switching frequencies also allows for the inspection of different types of defects.
