isend® has a wide range of products for the quality control of pipes and tubes using Eddy Current. isend® has references of systems for the control of pipe welding and defects detection in steel and stainless steel pipes, aluminium, copper and other materials.
Moreover we manufacture tailored systems for the control of special profiles.
There is a wide range of Eddy current products addressed to the bars testing, depending of the materials and the defects to detect.
The isend® equipments allow an inspection at different depths and different shapes of bars. Our products are designed to control steel bars, aluminium rods, bars with special shapes (hexagonal, oval,
etc.) and bars of other materials both ferromagnetic and non ferromagnetic.
Eddy current equipments are designed to control the material when this is occurring at high temperatures (until 1200 º C). isend® equipments are suitable for this type of control, which have cooled systems and special materials. Our products are used in factories of hot production of bar, wire, sheet, tubes and other similar products.
